To create an account, download the Villager Square app and tap "Sign Up." You'll need to provide your email, create a password, and verify that you're 18 or older. We may also require identity verification for safety purposes.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Villager Square. We strictly enforce this requirement and use age verification measures to ensure compliance. This is for the safety and legal protection of all our users.
Our matching algorithm considers multiple factors including your preferences, interests, location, and compatibility indicators. When two users express mutual interest, a match is created and you can start messaging each other.
If you encounter inappropriate behavior, harassment, or suspicious activity, tap the report button on the user's profile or in your conversation. Our safety team reviews all reports promptly and takes appropriate action.
To delete your account, go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be removed from our servers within 30 days.
You can control your privacy settings in the app under Settings > Privacy. Here you can manage who can see your profile, your location sharing preferences, and other privacy controls.
To block a user, go to their profile and tap the three dots menu, then select "Block User." Blocked users cannot see your profile or contact you.
Subscriptions are billed through your app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). You can manage your subscription, including cancellation, through your app store account settings.
